Data Deletion Instructions

How to request data & account deletion for My Biz Saathi (MBS) & connected platforms.

At My Biz Saathi (MBS) and Vipraa Labs (owned and operated by VIVEK AYARE), we respect your privacy and provide transparent options to delete your account, remove personal information, or purge CRM records.

Option 1: Account & Workspace Deletion via MBS Web CRM

  1. Log into your MBS CRM web portal at crm.vipraalabs.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings › Account & Security.
  3. Click on "Delete Workspace & Account Data".
  4. Confirm your password/OTP to permanently purge your account metadata, leads, and connected settings. Or visit our Account Deletion Web Form.

Option 2: Meta (Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads) Data Removal

If you interacted with a Meta Lead Ad connected to My Biz Saathi (MBS), you can revoke platform access and request lead removal:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile › Settings & Privacy › Settings.
  2. Select Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
  3. Find My Biz Saathi (MBS) / LeadMore and click Remove.
  4. To request purging of specific lead records, email us at vvayare@gmail.com with your Facebook User ID or phone number.

Option 3: Direct Email Data Deletion Request

You can also submit a manual data deletion request directly to our privacy officer:
