Effective Date: September 22, 2026 • My Biz Saathi (MBS) CRM by Vipraa Labs (Owned & Operated by VIVEK AYARE)
My Biz Saathi (MBS) CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Overview of Google Integration
My Biz Saathi (MBS), developed and operated by Vipraa Labs (Owned by VIVEK AYARE), integrates with Google APIs to empower businesses with unified CRM functionality, Google Lead Form Extension synchronization, and Google Ads lead capture.
2. Google OAuth Scopes & Data Access
When you connect your Google account or Google Ads manager to MBS CRM, we request access strictly to the scopes required for CRM operations:
- Google Profile & Email (`openid`, `profile`, `email`): Used exclusively to authenticate account administrators and verify login credentials.
- Google Ads API / Lead Form Webhooks: Used to fetch customer leads generated through Google Ads campaigns directly into your MBS CRM pipeline.
- Google Business Profile API: Used to allow business owners to track and respond to customer inquiries and lead webhooks directly from within MBS CRM.
3. How We Use Google Data (Limited Use)
MBS CRM accesses, uses, and processes Google API data solely for the following explicit user-facing purposes:
- Syncing incoming Google lead form submissions into your designated CRM workspace.
- Triggering automated client-configured lead follow-up notifications (e.g. WhatsApp / Email notifications).
- Displaying lead interaction analytics to authorized workspace users.
We DO NOT use Google API data for:
- Serving advertisements or building advertising profiles.
- Training AI or machine-learning models (e.g. LLMs).
- Selling, transferring, or renting user data to third-party data brokers.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
All Google user data received via APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3/HTTPS and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data access is strictly compartmentalized per customer workspace and isolated behind authenticated database roles.
5. How to Revoke Access & Delete Google Data
You have full control over your Google integration at any time:
- Visit your Google Account Security Settings.
- Under "Third-party apps with account access", locate My Biz Saathi (MBS) / LeadMore and click "Remove Access".
- To delete all synced Google leads from MBS CRM, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email vvayare@gmail.com.
